Paris in the Rain

What could be more inviting than to sit at a sidewalk cafe along the Seine, drinking wine and having a lunch of Boeuf Bourguignonne while getting this spectacular view of Notre Dame?  If the weather is going to be bad, then this is the way to deal with it!

Along the Seine

The "Rive Gauche" or Left Bank of the Seine is lined with book stalls. But they also sell magazines, postcards, prints and trinkets. Anything a tourist might want to buy. It's a little overcast today but I hope we get some sun since we plan on visiting the Jardin de Plantes. Hopefully there will be some flowers in bloom.
